The most unfortunate fact about current generation is that many teenagers are not paying attention to the importance of playing sports. There are a number of reasons to participate in sports. Athletes tend to spend a disciplined and organized life because they learn this through their sports. Today, majority of the teenagers are more interested in other activities like video games or social media. One important reason to engage in sports is that it enhances the problem solving skills of a person, sharpens the mind and produces clarity in thinking.
